Hiking routes? Reservations? Extra housekeeping? Special packages? We are here to help! The reception is situated in the main building, next to the brasserie, and is open on a daily basis. Our multilingual reception staff is happy to assist you in Dutch, English and French.
Next to the reception, there is a small shop for your daily holiday needs. You will find items such as snacks, sweets, hygiene products, and kitchen supplies. For more extensive shopping, you can visit the Spar in Hastière.
Whether you have questions about your Wi-Fi connection, need a coin for the launderette or sauna, or require information about the children’s activities in the park, we are here for you!
We also know a lot of great places to eat, like Le Pèlerin or Dolce Vita in Beauraing or L’Ô 12 and Le Palais d’été nearby in Hastière.
For a quick bite or snack, we recommend Le Bac du Prince or Gevo Resto, both within 15 minutes of the park.
Explore the Ardennes by bike! Bikes, mountain bikes, and e-bikes, including helmets and children’s seats, can be rented via Au Vélo d'Or in Hermeton-sur-Meuse. Make sure to reserve one day ahead of time and the bike will be waiting for you at the park reception before 9 o'clock the next morning!
Mountain bikes cost €25,00 and E-bikes cost €55,00 per day.
